Yes Rick, it was a tag. Sorry !! The Philadelphia connection is unusual. Why are they having the meeting in Philly? Cheaper Hotels? My only guess is that its going to be there because they want a small turnout. There are quite a number of Long Island shareholders. Most are down $ and pretty mad,I would guess. The Gary Green connection is a stretch. Is Gary asking us to turn over our voting rights to him? Or is he asking for an already completed proxy that votes along his lines. I think there is a huge difference. We already know whats going to happen, dont we now. They will get the share increase, and the reverse.... But the preferred stock and board proposal will go the way of the NYS contract.
