Aaarrggg.... You're full of it. The CUSIP (spelling ??) number has not changed, only the ticker symbol changed. That is the reason why if you have an OVIS certificate, you do NOT need to send it in to the TA to get an RMIL certificate.

And you say you are a broker, I am impressed by the depth of your knowledge. I guess that means that is must be a multiple-choice test on BASIC questions that one must pass (70%) to become a broker. I'm sure the test is a joke, that a high-school flunkee could pass.
