I did, indeed, make some inferences. They came from context.

That you approve of moving towards the European model is very clear from your brief response. That doesn't take any inference at all or even any knowledge of your previous posts on the subject. Peter said something negative. You responded with disagreement so what followed had to be something you considered positive. I might have exaggerated that positivity for effect but clearly you consider that move to be a positive. Where do my biases play in that inference? How would the logic be different without them?

The infill about the economy was a bit less compelling. The negative comment to which you responded was about making the country poor. If your positive counter was aptly made then your judgment would have had an economic basis. That conveys that you consider the European model and the reform proposal to be economically far superior to third world, which was what I stated. I might add, without exaggeration. Other than my bias towards your response being an apt one <g>, which biases of mine do you see impacting that logic and how would the infill be different without them?

Since you understandably don't like my putting words, however well considered, into your mouth, perhaps you'd expand a bit with your take on the Brooks piece you posted and paint a different picture than the one I inferred.
