Dubai's default swaps are soaring as are many ME countries.
So, it may be contained or black swans could rule in chain reaction.
Certainly the PPT's global partners are on alert.
Everyone has been expecting a fall in the market but this administration hasn't allowed it.
Maybe they won't allow it.
It's not LTCM - yet.
