Walt Did you get the attachment concerning the IRS and the State of CA regarding conversions of manufactured housing? At the moment, I am more concerned about the legalities than the stock price. I am confident the price of the stocks and warrants can only appreciate from their current levels, unless the legalities pull them down. Any take over should just increase the value of AXEL, ED
