Leigh, My best guess is that management believes everything is going smoothly and there is no reason to make a statement. Mergers of this type take a few months to close. I believe this is a done deal and personally.........I hope it takes until January to close because I am looking forward to getting money back from the IRS this year. By receiving my proceeds in 1998, I can plan my tax strategy over the next 12 months to ease any capital gains I realize from the Tescorp merger.
