bloomberg covered news last night out of far east that china has agreed to cut pollution. aussies also have program in place to vote on. news said they doubted premier would get the vote by Aussies. however it appears china and us will go to meeting with significant plans to cut back on emissions. i wonder where that leaves us on cap and trade bill?
