When people will forever create multiple aliases, unless they are vile and just attack people personally (I don't know the specific history here so just talking generically), I prefer to keep the person around where you can see them and know it's (still) them. Kind of like tagging a dangerous animal so you can track it instead of banishing it somewhere anonymously where you aren't quite sure if it has returned.
