Richard: Right you are. I received a copy of the article from the
Digest by fax on Friday from ERHC's PR firm, GFC Communications. In
addition to the "imminent" financing, Laurel also noted that the in-
ground reserves on the latest "...Utah acquisition alone works out to
more than US$8.00 per share..." This estimate is derived from a Utah
State geological survey that shows 52 million bbl of oil! That doesn't
even count Texas, M-3, Indonesia, Panama, the Chevron Contract or ST&P!!!
Looks like we've got a $40-50 stock here when the world wakes up.

We should hear more news soon on this one. They've just got too
many sweet deals on their plate to remain unfinanced very long, especially
with initial production results from Utah expected before the end of
1997.
