John; Hmmmm? I try to be consistent. I am a fiscal conservative - you haven't figured that out yet? But conservatism to me means spending wisely AND paying for what we get. I would spend lots of money today on infrastructure, but would like to see some funding sources for it. Taxes are one way to do that. You see that as bi-polar? It's not at all. Bi-polar might be used to describe conservatives who preach out of one side of their mouth while doing the exact opposite - Bush comes to mind. steve
