It's important to state the skeptic's case accurately, I think.

We don't know there is no global warming; for all we know, there might be. But we do know that the CRU scientists have been cooking the books to juice their arguments and have refused to release their data or models to third parties for open review. Instead, they used strong-arm tactics to intimidate the skeptics and turn peer review into a closed circle.

Ask, why would they need to do that, if the evidence for AGW was as strong as they say?
