From 4/16/08:
" My A1c is up to 7.2. Triglycerids up to 241. HDL down to 24."

Results from today.
A1c = 5.9 normal range = 4.0 - 6.0
Triglycerides = 100 normal range 0-150
HDL still low at 24 normal is greater than 40
Overall cholesterol = 152 normal range less than 200
LDL = 108 normal range less than 129

Weight still at 174

Been type 2 diabetic for more than ten years.

In the last year I've taken only one glucophague tablet.

I have to much work to do to exercise. Most of the time I just don't feel like eating breakfast. Some times not even lunch.

IOW .. no munchies. .. I take that back. Sometimes munchies will show up when my blood sugar dips below 100.

Right after thanksgiving dinner I took a reading .. 143.

Some people have suggested the "C" word. I'm not there yet. (c for cure) A cure for diabetes would be awesome.

Anyway the first reading was from the time I was sentenced. I had a few months, before that, of zero cannabinoids in my system.

As a result of that period of forced lack of consumption my diabetes had been returning. I had been taking the pharma based meds for a few months. Those pharma based drugs degraded my health in contrast to the cannabinoids.
