you say :: Marijuana laws encourage marijuana consumption. HAHAHAHAHA BS!! You also think that by making murder legal, there are less murders? You believe that if we go ahead and legalize rape that we will see a decrease in rapes? How about cocaine....speedballs...horse....acid...they all going to decrease usage with legalization??? Man, I told you before I have no problems with people that have a TRUE NEED to be able to use weed, but the way laws are set up, a kid with a freakin zit could get a card. Fix that, then let's talk.
