LOL! I think all dogs know the difference between their toys and ours....CZ is pretty mild mannered most of the time, but once in awhile, he just takes offence to something.

I had (note past tense) a black broom with slanted artificial 'sweepers' (what DO you call those little tines?)...anyway he got some sort of bee in his bonnet, and tore after that poor broom, and pulled as many of those 'sweepers' as possible out. He even did it when I was using it....

And yet, I have two other brooms similar, but a bit bigger...one for outside, and one for inside. He ignores both of those. But if I take the one he hates out of hiding (banned to the outside permanently for leaves, etc), CZ finds me and "it" and tries to make short work of "it"....

You've just got to wonder what goes on in their little heads sometimes, don't you?
