Our 'pure hydrocarbons' are converted into energy using boilers, furnaces, piston generators, or gas turbine generators that are very low in emissions; i.e.: clean combustion of Methane aka: NatGas. In many cases we may molecularly separate and capture the CO2 for hydroponic, industrial, or well service uses. We can also supply copious quantities of very high quality Methane to fuel cell systems.

Concurrently, the remaining spent Brew (..dewatered, if required..) provides a carbon and nutrient rich soil amendment that equates to premium Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss for improving soil quality while retaining moisture for the plant root serving microbial complex food web. Excess water from the 'Plant Growth Media' (PGM) is an excellent medium for high-oil algae growth, where the crushed algae can be recycled back through the anaerobic digesters while the oils are converted to Biodiesel.

All this is done in a manner that reduces the loading on local landfills, depending on the feedstocks involved. The wealth of Biomass available in the USA, and elsewhere, will sustain our technology forever; at costs well below the alternative methods. Every 15 years or so, we'll replace the double-covers on our in-ground digesters and change out some old components. We don't have to rip off huge sheets or panels of failed solar cells or replace gearboxes, generators or very expensive, feathering constant-speed blade systems.
