Yeah, could be a concern, but it depends just what they mean by this. If their acquisitions are adding 25M to the bottom line in the first year, that's not half bad. Neither is having your own sales force as long as you are not entirely dependent upon it. Looks to me like they are tying to establish a strong European position, which basically doubles the size of the US market. They have a number of alliances, have to see how they play out.
