So...If, in fact, you are in the employ of CCC, you are receiving $300 an
hour to post online. I had guessed $260. I knew of an attorney who received
that amount to post online in an effort to push a reorganization plan through.
The plan passed with the 1 for 10 reverse split that management so desperately
wanted. Shareholders could only speculate as to how much effect the attorney's
verbose postings had on the outcome. One thing was blatantly clear, the attorney
thought it was necessary and worthwhile to post online to secure the desired
vote. And shareholders got the shaft both ways i.e.they had to pay the
legal fees to have the attorney online to sway votes that were against
their best interests.
