There's a big bank in downtown Omaha that squandered millions on a Fuel Cell backup system for their 'puters', based on their IT guru's ego. A pair of Biogas-rated, 100%-load capable CAT E-G sets (for 100% redundancy) would have cost them a third the price, and could be run on either pipeline NatGas or Biogas. There's a meat packing plant within a mile or so of the bank, where the paunch wastes alone could power the packing plant and the bank. Fuel Cells for non-automotive, non-Aero or non-Space use are stupid. AADS coming to a neighborhood near you sooner than you might think........ :-) .
