NYC...Anyone? I don't know much about the bonds referred to in the S-3. Isn't it easier to sell them if the stock starts moving? In that case wouldn't an upgrade be a good move by MS and Mont? Is the AEA Semi Financial Conference on Monday a good turn around event?
