Yes, and this dynamics is present for every major currency,
which makes a currency crash unlikely. However, the same
cannot be said about slow bleeding, which is what the dollar
really looks like. That slow bleeding was a signature
of the lost decade in USA. Many countries, especially China
and BRIC countries, experienced an enormous boom during this
lost decade for USA.
