Two thoughts, the cycle low is the 2nd, short term cycle 1 month and that is in the face of a rolling over top on the longer term cycle 8.6 months, the 4th. Going to be interesting, this coming week, the previous short term cycle bottoms came as the longer term cycle was still moving up... That is no longer the case. W
