i think rear window broke or busted out.. she said she hit it with a golf club,, he was laying on the lawn. what do you expect the cops to believe at 3am in the morning. what basis do they arrest him or her? if they suspected he was drunk or drugs they would have taken him in. i assume no evidence of it. i assume they felt he got hurt in the accident.. he did hit a big tree and the picture looked like head on. just hang him! take the kids away,, lock her up. no evidence but everybody got them guilty. no prior complaints, no prior evidence... i still think we should move on.
