I also have to say that when I worked for the government at the local level we did our best to achieve our objectives and busted our butts to do it. We hardly ever failed to meet them, and often my unit found itself making up the slack from other units. We were all from the old school, I guess. It's not that way any more. The problem exists at the higher levels, I think. They get their jollies out of how many people, dollars, and resources march to their drum. We got our jollies out of how much we produced, and that is the big difference.
