Thanks for the perspective. Since learning that about the problem a decade ago I have discounted their ratings. I have always relied more on Parker. I am not a current subscriber, but have been and will be again.

Actually, I trust myself most of all, but I am far more fallible with young wines. It is difficult to see greatness when you are tasting jammy delicious in concentrated fruit.
