The poor station quality isn't a conspiracy ... but it is a problem whether you want to recognize it or not. Supposedly this one of the things they "adjust" for. But how can you really do that accurately? Much better would be to exclude stations near heating sources whether its air conditioner ducts, asphalt surfaces, whatever.
