A few questions; #1) Does anyone have visibility on a date for AV to go to court to get approval of the Versa deal? #2) If the court does not give a decision or approval by Dec 31, will AV have to release a year-end earnings statement? I am asking these questions because I think many would be quite interesting to see what sweeteners (i.e.; retention bonuses) David Luxton has given to the primary members of his Executive Leadership Team during this period of exclusivity with Versa.
