I FEEL THERE IS NO REASON THIS PROCESS SHOULD BE TAKING SO LONG? My post October 17th; www4.techstocks.com NOW IT GETS INTERESTING READ THE FOLLOWING; www4.techstocks.com "I asked him about the retrieval of 22milions according to th"e news release from eutro 2 weeks ago.He knew that (!!!).He has been affirmative that he did'nt have the time yet to remove those shares from the float (he is the only one in that office to do it and has been in vacation the last 3 days.(AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH). HE told me and i quote "it is going to be done first thing in the morning monday the 20th of october" Above was part of that last post. The total from the TA back then was approx; 90 Million issued subtract 22 Million as stated here you got 68 Million. The TA stated it would be done 10/20/97 YEAH RIGHT!!!! Now to confirm the TA stating it would be done by 10/20/97 we have this post from Richard; www4.techstocks.com Now it starts to get interesting; www4.techstocks.com NOW WE HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM THREE PEOPLE THAT IT WOULD BE DONE MONDAY AND 23 MILLION WOULD BE DEDUCTED. The guy on the phone sounded very tired. When i told him how long I was waiting for my certs and that my broker was jerking me around he replied, "Yeah, you and about 7000 other people." Note; The 7000 was an exaggeration; OH BOY MAYBE NOW WE ARE MAKING SOME PROGRESS YEAH RIGHT; www4.techstocks.com OH BOY 84 MILLION AND 160 MORE TO GO. What happened to 10/20/97 :-( "He said the float is approx 84mil right now and they have about 160 certs to process. It looks like some time next week <possibly Wednesday> to get the shares retired so I was told. The TA guy sounds stressed, who knows maybe he is getting pressured from both sides, us and those powers to be that may have an undeclared position." It's only four days later from there 10/20/97 D DAY DATE; Well guess what I and a few others called the TA to check on the status being that it's 10/31/97 and I am starting to get impatient. READY FOR THE BOMBSHELL HERE IT COMMMMMMES. ARE YOU SURE YOU CAN TAKE THIS LET ME ADVISE YOU TO SIT DOWN YOU MAY WANT TO TAKE THE WEIGHT OFF YOUR FEET. OK MR. TA; IT'S ALL DONE THERE IS NO MORE TO RETIRE. MYSELF; YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME RIGHT? TA; NO MYSELF; WHAT ABOUT ALL YOUR PREVIOUS STATEMENTS TO SHAREHOLDERS ABOUT THE 22 MILLION PLUS TO BE RETIRED; TA; I NEVER STATED THAT MYSELF; THERE WAS ONE SHAREHOLDER THAT RECEIVED AN UPDATE THAT YOU WERE DOWN TO 80 MILLION? TA; I NEVER STATED THAT MYSELF; SO THE 20 MILLION JUST DISAPPEARED! TA; I AM DONE 85 MILLION IT IS. Know if you people don't smell a skunk or that something is wrong by now I don't know what it will take. Also I will lay you odds that none of the 5 Million the TA has processed has not been sent to the DTC yet. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THEY RAN OUT OF SHARES? WHY HAS THE TA BEEN STALLING? ARE THEY HOPING SHAREHOLDERS WILL START TURNING IN THE CERTS;? It's been almost 2 months and the initial 19 million hasn't been fully processed yet. WAITING FOR THE SAGA TO CONTINUE NEXT WEEK; Again only my honest opinion OF A STINKY SITUATION THAT SMELLS AWFUL BAD. Eutro has been informed of my disgust of the current situation I guess the ball is in there court.
