I agree, the financials and debentures are a non-issue.

When I first glanced at the filing I thought the conversion price was based on the market close October 29th. That was WRONG. As someone stated the conversion price is at $47 per share. So unless the stock moves above $47, no one would want to convert.

This is a non-issue for some time.
