Sadly, I agree with every word you just typed. IMO, your description of Congress, the dumbed down electorate, etc. is accurate. My hope now is that the polls will continue to deteriorate for Obama enough that he will muster a bolder leadership style. It's not too late and I know the brilliant mind is in there.
