I don't talk my book. Alaska always had low taxes. Republican rule the last 30 years ensured that. Ironically, until Palin. OIl prics are going to skyrocket and we have lots of land still, and the gas. We can cancel leases that are not drilled and resale land e.g. Money will be too big for the oil companies to walk away from. They are bluffing. They tried to bluff Palin too-lol. The barccuda kicked their asses. And I do nto like her, but that was a sight to see-lol. But it was clear 30 years ago that big oil was dangerous to our freedom. Why we put the permanent fund in the constitution and did not allow investing in Alaska. Criminals cannot get their hands on the 35 billion dollars we have.
