they just couldn't deal with the 'tellyprompter' and the up-down-and-all-around monotone any longer.... I wondered why the power went out while I was listening to Obama's speech last night. Clunk. No juice anywhere. Neighborhood dark as a kettle, except for the beautiful full moon. Something about a line down up by the Canadian border. I saw enough of Obama's speech to see that he looks into the camera only when he's talking to a foreign country. Not when he's talking to us.
