They are MORE than just a couple of "bad apples". They were the GATEKEEPERS for peer reviewed research on Global Warming.

From what I can discern, if you didn't have their approval, they'd blackball you and your stuff didn't get published.

And yes.. it calls into question every bit of data that passed through their hands and was acted upon by the IPCC, especially in light of the lack of warming being experienced over the past 10 years.
