obumble didn't deliver his speech to Congress or to some political group, but to America's main center for military training... and why? Because that speech was supposed to be a clarion trumpet call, a call to war, a call to all Americans to rally 'round him and to inspire us to embrace our shared hope for a safer America, and he delivered it where America's finest warriors are raised, trained and skilled, and then devote their lives for this very task... but instead, all he did, and for all the world to hear and see, was deliver a whimpering surrender monologue signalling to our allies everywhere and to the taliban and al quaida that we'll be leaving in 18 months, just wait us out and the place is theirs... this from the President of the free world? This nut case is completely incoherent, he was all over the place, he rambled in a confused and disjointed way, he should be wearing a straightjacket...
