since there are approximately 49% who do not pay taxes i expect it is easier to get them to favor public health care. i also expect most will think they can get it for free or cheaper than private.

surveys all start off positive even if bills cost huge taxes when half the country doesn't pay a tax. give me... give me...

only negative survey would be take away service.. like breast exams. or psi exams.

if doing these surveys they need to back out those on welfare, etc.. but they won't because those votes count towards getting elected, so they play to them.
