rick-- thanks. its like this: larry's charts say it should go to zero or something liek that. larry calls this nonsense (well, not exactly 'nonsense':)) and he's right. before it goes to the teens it will pop up again. it likes to tease people. there will be some who think that the pop up will be the first stop on the way to 60 again. they will buy. of course, when it falls back to below 30 and they start sweating about margin calls, it will go even further. larry is absolutely right about stocks rarely going straight down. they dont usually, and neither will MU. it will have a lot of movements in both directions before it falls substantially. of course, we are all, bulls and bears alike, going to have our patience tested during this. so, i would go pick up some scotch for those afternoons when you sit in amazement at MU doing something absolutely ridiculous. good luck to all, trey
