Don't you think it's likely that the masterminds of the DACQ enterprise probably ran the stock printing press night and day over the last year while they were hyping the stock on the radio shows? I mean, wasn't there a big increase in shares authorized at some time in the last year? If my memory serves, and I don't have time to go back and read the SEC filings, I remember something like an increase to 200 million shares. I may be mistaken. If they increased the shares authorized, I bet they just printed and sold stock, which would explain this decline. I may be wrong, but looks suspicious.
