Hi Jack - I own both Motorola and Nokia. I own and use many of the Motorola products and have been accumulating shares w/ the expectations of an eventual spin off of some MOT divisions. What's your estimate for fair value for MOT and do you see some type of merger or combination of MOT w/ another telcom company? Carl Icahn began buying shares around $17/share and at the time he felt MOT assets were worth north of $20.00/share.

Based on value I have also been accumulating NOK as they have a huge installed base for their cell phones and also help design and build wireless infrastructure. The market has been too focused on the smart phone market and the domination by Apple. MOT has a pretty good smart phone in the Droid and future growth for products and services will be huge.

Any chance NOK would buy some MOT assets or partner with some MOT spin off division to develop and promote smart phone products, software and applications? I am not too sure what MOT has to offer but the open source route w/ Google as a partner could leap frog the current state of the technology.
