All you need to know is this paragraph from a story in the Seattle paper: "Clemmons was arrested in Washington on July 1. The following day he was formally charged with second-degree rape of a child — the eighth felony charge filed against him in Washington this year alone." You fcking want to blame ARKANSAS for THIS? The liberals in WA state are trying to pass the buck to Arkansas by claiming WA was forced to release him on some technicality from Arkansas. This if fcking absurd.** They had him for rape of a child and EIGHT felonies in WA from THIS YEAR? And they want to BLAME ARKANSAS? Anyone who can't see through this is just plain stupid.
