And that's because you're wrong. 90% of the failure is Arkansas's......and I am being generous. The major fault I have on the WA side is with the second WA judge. He/she should have made the bail higher than $190k if the law permitted. The rest is all pure winger incompetence and screw the other guy......its what you guys are famous for.
