They may be the host of that data, but they base their studies on GLOBAL temperature averages. You're the confused one.

You are not confused just stupid. You have to have actual day to day temperatures from various nations. You get the global average from all data submitted from all nations. This was very clear with everyone who didn't have mud between their ears hat this was only talking about the USA subset of that global data.
