Joe you are the "Man" at Xecom. You own or, through family or an alter ego, control the majority of Xecom stock. The idea that you would have to rattle* cages to find out what's going on is ludicrous. All news about the company goes to you first and foremost. When you speak Joe Vigliarolo says "Yes, Sir" or "No, Sir" or "Where do I squat, Sir?" If you want the SEC reports filed on time, they will be; if you don't, they won't be. The "Buck" stops with you Joe. Live with it. The third quarter 10Q is due November 15, 1997. Save yourself and all of us a lot of grief by seeing to it that the GOD DAMNED THING IS FILED ON TIME!!
