Delisting is the beginning of the end of Wgnr.

However, before reverse split, Placek has to visit Shanghai city planning and get partners from PRC government to invest, paying more than $1 per share or $5 per share(private placement).

Wgnr has systems for their customers, but sales did not include software licensing per seat($3500.00 up). The old fashioned equipment marketing can not raise their immediate revenue.

So, it is a long road ahead, but investment from chinese government is relatively easy, since they can use the satellite transmission equipment from wgnr. And some Wgnr equipment can be manufactured in china for cost cutting purpose.
