John, on Krugman; Hmmm? . Unless there are major policy changes, expenditure will consistently grow faster than revenue, eventually leading to a debt crisis. I am just not convinced this plan will cost us less. I think it will cost much more. Had Obama led this effort and insisted that cost cutting be a priority then I believe we may have managed to get a decent plan. The entire problem with health care in my mind is ....cost. It is the cost that worries Americans. They don't want to go bankrupt if they get sick and they are deadly afraid of the health care gobbling up all of their savings. They don't want to lose their health care insurance because they can't afford the premium. Handled poorly by Obama and now he has moved on to jobs. steve
