My friend Charlie and I spent lots of hours during change of shift report telling each other that the 2 of us could do it a lot better then "them". ("Them" got fired after a few years; takes a lot of skill for a hospital CEO and a head nurse and a personnel chief to get fired). This stuff ain't rocket science. These guys can't figure it out cuz they all went to biz school.
