this isn't going to change in 6 months. So the longer term plays may in fact be better. AND, these are American jobs. Given the choice, I would much rather have an "investment" bill than a "jobs" bill. However, chances are that politics will rule and if they do get a bill passed, it will be one that will be looking to increase employment over the short-term. That will mean throwing money at roads and any other projects that can get off the ground within the next year. Projects with a multi-year planning effort arent going to pass muster. Slacker
