Nanny: I started this thread some time back before anyone became interested in this stock. I have a feeling that the S2 that was filed concerned the private placement of stock a couple of months back. If you look at the filing the price was as of Sept 3, 1997. That was when the private placement was taking place. Since you have been watching the stock for more than six months, please contact me at my email site to discuss further.
