This is the best news I've seen in a long time. BAC has defrauded so many penny stock investors for so many years its nice to see their game is almost over. Thanks Scion for posting and keeping the board going. I just emailed the SEC attorney in charge of this case and offered to share my notes if he ever decides to go after them for their work on behalf of PLNI. I'm not an attorney, but couldn't they be charged under RICO as well since they run the same scam with so many stocks?
