Am not in the least surprised as the Denver area is full of very savvy business-minded people! That's what I have been told time and time again!
I haven't been to Denver yet, but some of buddies of mine told me that lots of Denver folks are of Semitic origin. Please confirm whether or not this is correct.
I don't know much about Denver except that it is located in the elevated (high altitude) state of Colorado and is the home of the Avalanche Hockey Team. And then we have two well-known Denver names, e.g., Egg Denver (a breakfast selection?) and the late singer, John Denver of 'Rocky Mountain High' fame.
Here is sick joke: One mystic said to another somewhere in North Dakota, "For all your meditations, prayers, good deeds and charities, you will be reincarnated in an elevated state when you pass on." The other mystic replied, "O my wise friend! But where?" Before the first mystic could reply, someone (a non mystic) who had been overhearing their conversation interjected, "Why, of course, in jolly good old Colorado!!! --- the elevated state."
