1980's and putting in big time weapons etc to bring down the Soviets and then walking away, but leaving the weapons behind. and then by taking out the Taliban, who for better or worse were the govt at the time, and then setting up a corrupt man in their place and diddling along doing... what? why is it less safe for women and children now?
