I think so, also. moves go on and in places that Americans mostly pay no attention to. as to people who don't give a fak about Afghanis but say they care about Americans... I don't give a fak about New Yorkers or Californians, both denied me marriage. I'm think this great "I care about Americans" thing is a bit of a ruse.
